The scandals extended beyond Japan to overseas as well, making the existence of the Orange Books known everywhere. The incident came to be called the “Orange Cannon”. It made the dangers of “HAO” widely apparent, and above all else, that its future was real, causing the “Scorch War” to occur years earlier than it was originally meant to.
