Chapter 24
Giving the orb to Arde and having her buy slaves in bulk was a huge success.
Going forward, if we get even more money, I should leave it to other trustworthy slaves too.
By repeating this process, we can generate enormous profits…!
Aside from the orb I gave Arde, I had bought some extra orbs.
I pass the leftover orbs to Domingo and Murdoch.
「So Master, what should we do with these?」
「I’m entrusting them to you all. It’s simple. Go to the slave markets and buy slaves that seem like they have the qualities to become adventurers. Then heal them and raise them into adventurers.」
「I see, so we’re expanding the adventurer business.」
「That’s right.」
By increasing the number of slaves that become adventurers, our profits will rise even more.
Domingo’s party are already quite veteran adventurers themselves, so the slaves they choose will likely become good adventurers. Domingo’s body is worn out, so he can’t fight much anymore.
Going forward, I want Domingo and Murdoch to manage the adventurer clan.
They can form several parties and guide and take them hunting.
That way, profits will steadily increase.

【Domingo’s POV】
As Master Eld instructed, I went to the slave market.
Along with Murdoch, we look for slaves that can be used as adventurer slaves.
From the defective slaves, we choose ones whose eyes aren’t dead yet. That type seems like they have more guts.
As a test, I buy 3 people and Murdoch buys 3 people, for a total of 6 slaves.
The ones I bought were a guy with magic experience, a muscular guy, and a guy with good eyesight. In other words, similar to the composition of my party. I can have Otto teach the guy with good eyes archery.
The ones Murdoch bought were a former thief, a former dancer, and a guy familiar with the sword. It’s a little different from my party, but this also seems like it will become a well-balanced party.
When we return to the mansion and heal them, they are very grateful. Everyone regains their will to live and becomes eager to do anything. It’s like looking at my past self.
Since they had misunderstood that Murdoch and I were their masters, we properly taught them about Master Eld’s greatness. Now they should all be sworn to loyalty to Master Eld.
I submitted the party name as “Lord Eld’s Sword.” Murdoch submitted his as “Crimson Knights.” He should have used a name related to Master Eld like me… Murdoch said my party name was lame. Unforgivable.
By the way, while Murdoch and I were doing this, Otto and Akane were still adventuring. A slave named Gilda took my place in their party. Gilda is a dwarf slave like me, has good physique, and is playing the tank role.
Thanks to this, I’m able to focus on raising successors.
The adventurer parties that Murdoch and I raised rapidly grew prominent.
Along with Otto’s party, our 3 parties formed a clan and registered with the guild.
By creating a clan, we get various benefits and can become even more efficient.
Now, within the Adventurer’s Guild, we’ve become quite a large force.
We can even form joint parties to take on extremely difficult quests.
Well, Master Eld probably wouldn’t allow that though…

【Eld’s POV】
Now then, I’ve expanded my businesses in various ways and have become very wealthy.
Going forward, just leaving it be will continue generating money. Management and restocking is almost entirely left to the slaves, so it’s automated.
This means I can attend the academy with peace of mind.
That’s right, the academy where the hated Hero Alto awaits—
I’ve done everything I can. I’ve taken every measure possible.
With this, avoiding the destruction flag should be certain…right?
Anyway, I was prepared to deal with anything.
But who could have expected things to turn out that way…
To be continued.
